Services We Provide
Oakstead Hemet Decks provides professional deck building and related services in Hemet, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include custom deck design, installation, repair, restoration, and maintenance. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Project estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of quote unless otherwise specified.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, and any changes you request during the project. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and project requirements. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from landlords, HOAs, or other parties before we begin work.
You must ensure clear access to the work area and notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other obstacles that may affect the project.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and provide warranties as outlined in your service agreement. Warranties typically cover workmanship defects but do not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or issues caused by improper maintenance.
Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage, but you should verify that your homeowner's insurance covers construction activities on your property.
Cancellation and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if work has already begun or materials have been ordered.
Changes to the project scope during construction may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work together to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be handled according to California law.
